  • When visiting www.wildsavvyhairextensions.com.au, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

  • We recognise that the Privacy of all of our customers is important and we will endeavour to protect all information that our customers provide to us.

  • We do not hold or store customers credit card information without their consent. 

  • Wild & Savvy must be notified immediately if any changes in location & contact details have been made.

  • We reserve the rights to adjust any price quoted or without prior notice. 



  • We do not accept returns after the hair has been applied, Or if the packaging has been damaged.

  • Wild & Savvy hair is only guaranteed if applied using Wild & Savvy tape tabs and when our maintenance and care guide lines are followed.

  • There may be variations in colour from purchases at different times.

  • Wild & Savvy warranty does not cover application or treatment of any Wild & Savvy products.

  • It is the purchaser’s obligation to thoroughly wash and check the hair to their satisfaction of the quality before it is applied 

  • Wild & Savvy is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient in our products. Ensure our labels and ingredients list is read carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use.



  • Wild & Savvy do not give refunds for incorrect product choice, We offer a full exchange and/or Full credit note to be applied to your account. 
    i - We will not cover return postage costs,
    ii - All products must be returned in its original packaging,
    ii - Wild & Savvy do not cover shipping costs of return / exchange items.

  • Wild & Savvy will replace all faulty items. Ensure you thoroughly check your goods. Any damages/faulty products should be advised within 24 hours.
    i - Hair cannot be returned or accepted back if it has been coloured and/or toned,
    ii - All products must be returned in its original packaging,
    iii - Wild & Savvy with invoice shipping costs for faulty items.

  • We work with logistics partners such as Australia post to complete customer shipments, orders & tracking information. We hold no responsibility for freight delays in delivering your order as postage times may vary. 

  • Goods will be prepared for shipment once your invoice had been paid in full.
